Telethon For 2010 Pakistan Flood Victims

On Saturday, September 4th and Sunday September 5th, 2010, Children of Hope in partnership with IDRF will be holding a Telethon on City TV on Rogers Cable in Toronto starting at 10am. This Labour Day long weekend event over will be hosted by Darshan Sahota of Eye on Asia TV. It will be an appeal for public support to help children who are affected by the recent Pakistan floods. The telethon will include appearances from community leaders and celebrities who will be asking viewers to make a donation in this desperate time of need.

There are over 14 million people affected by these floods and 40% of them are children. Over 5,500 schools have been destroyed so please donate generously to help get these children get back to their schools.
